Pokhara Valley Trekking
Nepal has been the dreamland of
the tourists for a long time. Nepal invites, welcomes, charms
and bewilders the visitors. Those who have already visited
Nepal cherish the desire for a second visit and those who have
heard or read about the kingdom make a plan to visit the
country. The pattern of religion gives the country a unique
status in the world. Almost all the important religious sects
of the world are found in Nepal, however the majority of the
population believes in Hinduism and the conglomeration of the
two religious, Hinduism and Buddhism serve as a unique example
of tolerance and brotherhood. Many festivals of religious
significance are celebrated commonly with equal enthusiasm by
both the sects and there is the co-existence of all the other
religious.
Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you'll be taken to your hotel.
While in Kathmandu you will have time fascinating Buddhist and
Hindi temples and shrines reflecting ancient local traditions
are highlighted on our guided tour. There's time also to
explore the city's many charms on your own. We will serve you
a welcome delicious traditional Nepali dinner in the evening.
Stay overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 2: Kathmandu - Chitwan
We star the trip by driving to Trisuli River for white water
rafting. This river is very renown as access to the Prithivi
Highway makes "breaking off" the journey easy.
Trisuli is also an ideal beginner's river. After rafting
journey, we keep driving to Chitwan National Park; your room
will be assigned upon arrival. And also there will be a short
briefing on the program and our facilities.
04:00 PM: a great experience on the elephant back safari: you
will ride one an elephant to explore into the jungle and its
wildlife. You will witness the one-horned rhinoceros, several
types of deer, monkey, wild boar, bison, sloth bear, and
leopard and, if lucky you, the Royal Bengal tiger - this
exciting scenery ride, don't wink! You will miss a thing….
07:00 PM: Enjoy you with a dinner in the central dining hall.
Day 3: Royal Chitwan
National Park
05:30 AM: Wake you up and follow by tea or coffee serving,
then we proceed on a nature walk - this encounter on foot with
the environment will introduce the main features of eastern
Chitan. Our well-trained guide will help you identify some
species of birds, plants and other wildlife that you may
encounter before walking back to lodge.
08:30 AM: Breakfast
09:30 PM: Elephant briefing program - learn more about these
fascinating animals during a visit to our elephant stable (who
dare win! For the most audacious one, there is even a crash
course in riding and leading the elephants).
01:00 PM: After lunch, canoeing - a traditional dug-out canoe
takes you on a silent trip down the Rapti River to view
aquatic birds and the animals of the river banks. Back to
resort through the jungle.
07:00 PM: Having a pleasure the native performance of Tharu
Stick dance - farmers of the nearby villagers will show some
of their traditional skills and dances.
08:00 PM: The dinner will be served you around the campfire.
Day 4: Royal Chitwan
National Park - Pokhara
05:30 AM: Bird watching (or alternative elephant ride) after
early morning ea/coffee.
08:00 AM: Breakfast
09:00 AM: Luggages down
09:30 AM: Depart for Kathmandu
The actual program for your stay will be given to you on
arrival at resort/camp. The activities are adjusted to the
season and weather conditions. Naturally, it may not always be
possible to follow this schedule to the minute and the
circumstances may force us to alter the program at short
notice. On safari in the jungle you will be accompanied by
expert naturists who will advise on safety procedures and we
request you to respect their judgment at all times. If you
wish to stroll in the forest alone, a guide will have to
accompany you for your safe. Stay overnight in Pokhara
Day 5: Pokhara City Tour -
Sarangkot
After breakfast we have sightseeing around Pokhara valley,
Pokhara lakeside villages sits, "front row center"
to one of the most beautiful Himalayan panoramas in the world.
The Annapurna and famous "Fishtail" mountain peak of
Machpouchhare tower over the tropic; setting of Pokhara and
you spend there will be the scenic highlight of your trip. You
are free in Pokhara Valley also called "Magic Land"
or "Dreamland" of Nepal, to explore the various
interesting place like a David Falls, Mahebdra Cave and some
temples. After lunch, it's a day hike to Sarangkot. Stay
overnight in Sarangkot.
Day 6: Sarangkot - Pokhara
We will wake you up in the early morning, freshen yourself up
and then we taker you a-5 minutes hike to Sarangkot tower to
witness the sunrise over the White Mountains. You can see
lively view from the there with numbers of mountain perks.
Afterward, we will be back to hotel for serving you a
breakfast. Commencing a trek along the way down hill to
Pokhara, we take. Lunch will be provided on spot earlier
before a boat journey in Fewa Lake over looking the region of
Annapurna Areas. Take free time in the evening at your own
leisure activity. Stay overnight in Pokhara.
Day 7: Pokhara - Kathmandu
After breakfast, we will travel overland to Kathmandu. Upon
arrival, you are free for shopping; pick and choose some last
minute souvenirs. Stay overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 8: Depart Kathmandu
After breakfast, you are free until the time to leave for the
international airport and take off….
